About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Digital Sales, with a focus on AI-powered platform modernization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition, developing territory-specific hunting plans, and building CXO-level relationships. This role involves personally managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, particularly in key verticals. The VP will also be expected to collaborate with sales enablement and delivery teams, maintain a disciplined sales funnel, and lead a high-performing sales team. Representing the company at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand presence and business development is also a key aspect of the position.
Candidates for the VP Sales role at the company should have a minimum of 16 years of experience, with at least 7 years specifically in selling digital, cloud, and AI/ML solutions to a range of industries including Hi-Tech, Media, Communication, Manufacturing, BFSI, and retail. Experience with global delivery and offshore models is essential, as is a proven track record of closing large, complex deals and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot is required, along with the ability to work across time zones and manage virtual teams. The assessment process includes multiple interviews with senior leadership and HR.
