About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President Sales for Digital Solutions to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition, developing territory-specific hunting plans, and building CXO-level relationships. This role involves personally managing all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to deal closures, particularly in key verticals. The VP will also be expected to collaborate with sales enablement and delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies, support marketing campaigns, and maintain a disciplined sales funnel with accurate CRM management. Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, as well as representing the company at industry events and client meetings, are also key responsibilities.
Candidates for the VP Sales role at the company should have a minimum of 16 years of experience, with at least the last 7 years focused on selling digital, cloud, and AI/ML solutions to various industries. Experience with global delivery and offshore models is essential, as is a proven track record of closing large, complex deals and meeting or exceeding quotas. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot is required, along with the ability to work across time zones and manage virtual teams. The assessment process includes multiple interviews with senior leadership and HR.
