About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Global Sales Engineering and Professional Services with a strong background in cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for managing the vision and strategy of the Sales Engineering and Professional Services function. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a global SE and PS team, demonstrable technical acumen, and the ability to coach and lead the team to excellence. They should have a background in providing technical sales support for SaaS/cloud-based technology solutions, as well as domain knowledge of IT endpoint security and management products. The role requires a leader who is action-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement, and who can maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth experience throughout the service process.
