About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Global Sales Engineering and Professional Services with a strong background in cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for managing the vision and strategy of the Sales Engineering and Professional Services function. This role involves leading and evolving the teams to optimize service capabilities, grow service revenue, and ensure that engagements are integrated with the company's go-to-market motions. The VP will also be a key executive partner, operating cross-functionally with stakeholders in sales, engineering, and product to drive internal decision-making and design solutions that meet commercial needs.
Key responsibilities for the VP include overall functional ownership of service offerings, creating and collaborating on service proposals, and developing strong cross-functional relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a global SE and PS team, demonstrable technical acumen, and the ability to coach and lead the team to excellence. They should have a background in providing technical sales support for SaaS/cloud-based technology solutions, as well as domain knowledge of IT endpoint security and management products. The role requires a leader who is action-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement, and who can maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth experience throughout the service process.
