The ideal candidate is a strategic and decisive sales leader with a proven track record in scaling a manufacturing or packaging business, a master of value proposition selling, and ready to make a global impact.

Candidates for the Vice President of Global Sales position at the company should have at least 20 years' experience in progressive sales roles, including a minimum of 7 years leading national or global teams. The role requires a leader who is a skilled communicator, a mentor, and who can build strong, trusted relationships at all levels. Experience in flexible or paper-based packaging is a bonus, as is familiarity with CRM platforms, quoting tools, and advanced sales data insights. The role demands a leader who is ready to travel extensively and is passionate about growth, strategic leadership, and making a lasting impact. A degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is also advantageous.
