About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Hyperscale Sales in the United States. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving strategic sales initiatives within the Hyperscale accounts, with a focus on managing key client relationships, executing sales strategies that align with Hyperscale growth, and collaborating across functions to deliver data center solutions that meet client needs and company objectives. This role requires the development and execution of strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships across client organizations, and staying current on Hyperscale trends and the competitive landscape. The VP will also be responsible for supporting targeted marketing campaigns, preparing and delivering RFPs, SOWs, and MSAs, and monitoring sales performance.
Applicants for the Vice President, Hyperscale Sales position at the company should have a proven track record in selling to U.S. Hyperscale clients, with a strong understanding of procurement cycles, infrastructure needs, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Salesforce.com, MS Office, and DCIM tools is essential, as is experience in managing large-scale enterprise accounts and navigating complex sales cycles. The role demands a candidate with substantial strategic planning experience in Hyperscale sales environments, extensive knowledge of the Hyperscale ecosystem, and experience in managing Hyperscale sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in highly regulated industries and be adept at transforming geographically dispersed sales teams into a unified Hyperscale sales strategy. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 10 years in data center colocation sales, is required, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Hyperscale clients.
