Key responsibilities include leading a high-performance sales culture, implementing sales pipeline activities, recruiting and developing sales teams, and providing accurate revenue forecasts and reports.
Candidates for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of executive sales leadership experience, with a strong background in selling security solutions to Fortune 1000/Global 2000 companies. The role requires a team player with in-depth knowledge of go-to-market strategies, employee motivation techniques, and a strong understanding of the security market. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer success skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-changing environment and under pressure. The role also demands a strong sense of urgency, personal accountability, and the willingness to travel up to 50%.
