Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue goals. Oversee financial aspects of sales, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis. Lead the Sales department to ensure accurate forecasting of monthly bookings and costs. Cultivate relationships with current clients, prospects, and industry consultants to generate new business opportunities. Provide mentorship and guidance to the Sales & Marketing team, promoting professional development and performance excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software sales, with significant exposure to financial management within sales. At least 5 years of experience leading a sales team, including sales operations. Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of driving sales growth. Strong analytical and financial skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
