Company Profile U.S. Mobile Health Exams (USMHE) is a leading mobile health testing provider specializing in occupational health tests (e.g., hearing conservation, respiratory protection, and physical exams), and health screenings (e.g., blood tests, ultrasound screenings, immunizations, community health outreach and other advanced screenings). The Company performs on-site health services for customers across the U.S. and in a broad range of industries. The Company is anxious to capitalize on its strong reputation as a leader in its core markets (providing healthcare testing and examination services to corporate clients and firefighter departments) and is looking to hire a Vice President of Sales to further drive growth through the expansion of USMHE's customer base. Location: Jacksonville metro region.
Responsibilities The VP of Sales role is responsible for marketing and selling USMHE's services to corporate, municipal and government clients, as well as firefighter chiefs, safety officers and other decision-makers throughout the Southeast geography, as well as overseeing the activities of the Company's Sales Associates. In this "roll up your sleeves" role, the VP of Sales will play a key role in driving new client acquisition and revenue as well as insuring the retention of clients on an annual basis. This individual will have significant latitude in determining the best and most productive avenues for successfully winning new accounts and will assist in directing the Sales Associates in the most effective manner. The VP of Sales will interact effectively with other employees of the Company and represent a key executive within the organization. Additionally, they will be the senior liaison with the Company's channel partners and largest customers. Critical outcomes will include driving new client business in key geographic markets and adopting a culture of accountability and drive, while also providing insights on how the Company can best achieve its growth goals. Responsibilities Solicit, negotiate, and confirm new and repeat business through various efforts (outside sales calls, telemarketing, referrals, tradeshows, sales missions, internet prospecting, etc.) Prompt delivery of quotes and timely/competent follow-up on leads and referrals to maximize revenue to meet and/or exceed individual and team sales and revenue goals Develop enhance relationships with key accounts to maintain high visibility and increase market share Successfully close profitable business and achieve revenue targets Recommend alternative options & solutions to improve sales efforts and success Manage the activities of the Company's Sales Associates and Customer Retention specialists Deliver best-in-class customer experience by coordinating with colleagues to ensure superior service is delivered Increase account revenue and/or profit contribution by promoting ancillary spend and growth opportunities Maintain accurate, legible records and files consistent with the Company's software and systems Create and distribute effective internal and external communication (written and verbal) Prepare and maintain sales related reports
Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors preferred Significant experience in sales management roles Ideally, experience within the health exam and testing, corporate and occupational safety (OSHA, DOT, HIPPA, etc.) and/or other re-occurring corporate services sectors (e.g. uniforms, safety/first-aid supplies, corporate medical services, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as 2-3 years CRM system use Experience having sold both large ($100,000+) and small ($1,000 - $10,000) accounts / projects
