About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the South Florida territory. The successful candidate will be a key driver of the company's mission, focusing on developing strong relationships with insurance brokers and benefits consultants. This role is pivotal in delivering solutions that reduce risk, maximize cost efficiency, and provide small and midsize businesses with options typically reserved for larger firms. The RVP will be responsible for building trusted partnerships, creating impactful solutions, strategic planning, and execution, as well as collaborating across teams to ensure the full value of the company's offerings is realized. The position requires a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire action.
Applicants for the RVP position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a top seller in self-insurance, self-funded benefits, stop-loss insurance, alternative funding, or related markets. A strong broker network, consultative selling skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field are essential. The role demands a candidate with a self-starter mindset, a strong desire to win, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will be mission-driven, with a relentless pursuit of growth and impact, and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
