The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the entire sales strategy, from building the pipeline to leading a team of direct sellers and channel partners. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a national sales strategy, leading and inspiring a sales team, driving revenue, and being the voice of the customer. The role demands a data-driven approach, the ability to understand complex operational challenges, and a focus on aligning technology to solve them.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have 7-10+ years' experience in senior sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of exceeding growth targets, particularly in SaaS, access control, or infrastructure technology environments. The role requires the ability to manage both direct and indirect sales channels, including value-added resellers, and a strong focus on customer and partner engagement. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being a plus.
