The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to join their team. This role requires a visionary and results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the CPG industry. The VP of Sales will be responsible for setting and achieving revenue, margin, and velocity goals, as well as leading cross-functional alignment on various sales and marketing strategies. Team leadership, customer and channel management, and a strong analytical approach to decision-making are essential.
Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have at least 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in the refrigerated or frozen CPG sector. The role demands a professional with a strong background in scaling brands across both natural and conventional channels, managing national broker networks, and key accounts. The ideal candidate will be adept at using syndicated data tools to inform business decisions and will have a proven ability to launch new products and optimize trade marketing programs. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being a plus.
