Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, particularly in complex healthcare or pharmacy environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a remote work environment, with extensive travel, and hold a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (MBA preferred).
