About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales with a focus on real estate and property management technology. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the company's expansion efforts, particularly in the multifamily housing market. This role requires an experienced software sales executive with a proven track record in selling to the real estate, construction, property management, or related industries. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, strategically working with REITs to increase software utilization, and growing and mentoring the sales team. The VP of Sales will also be involved in leading sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development, as well as negotiating and closing enterprise-level deals.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have 3-5 years of enterprise software (SaaS) sales experience, with a strong background in managing and mentoring software sales professionals. A successful history of selling within the multifamily property management industry and experience working with REITs is essential. The role demands excellent negotiation and closing skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to work independently in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, possess strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills, and be willing to travel within the region. The VP of Sales will also be responsible for maintaining a strong sales pipeline, accurate forecasts in the CRM, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
