About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Adoption to spearhead the growth and excellence of its post-sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in delivering complex technical implementations, with a focus on transitioning customers from legacy tools to modern platforms. This role demands a visionary leader who can design and implement scalable systems, oversee a professional services P&L, and establish best-in-class implementation practices. The VP of Adoption will also be tasked with building a world-class professional services organization, driving rapid growth, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading complex technical implementations, with a proven track record in P&L ownership and building professional services organizations. The role requires a leader with a strong technical and industry background, particularly in disruptive technologies within traditional industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges associated with migrating from legacy systems to modern digital platforms and hands-on experience in this area. Leadership skills, business acumen, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes are essential, as is the ability to drive process innovation and optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability. The VP of Adoption will also be expected to partner closely with product management to ensure that customer needs are met in the development of new features.
