About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Real-world Data and Evidence Solutions and Sales. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the company's real-world data and evidence, technology, and tech-enabled products and services. This includes leading a large team to provide data- and technology-driven solutions to physician practices and industry partners. The role involves developing and executing a multi-prong strategy for the integration of specialty networks and a go-to-market strategy for the combined organization. The Vice President will also be accountable for establishing a growth and profitability roadmap, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of real-world data commercialization, and leading the strategy and execution of new products and services.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare technology, business administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' relevant experience, including 7 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare technology and data commercialization in provider and pharma segments, as well as experience in customer engagement with these sectors. Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to travel up to 50 percent. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to recognize and guide on evolving market trends, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with healthcare data governance and ethical guidelines.
