About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Real-World Evidence Solutions and Sales. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for all real-world data and evidence, technology, and tech-enabled products and services offered to specialty physician practices and industry partners. This role involves leading a large team and developing a multi-prong strategy for the integration of specialty networks. The Vice President will also be tasked with creating and executing a go-to-market strategy, contributing to the development of analytical tools, and ensuring the team delivers real-world data, evidence, and technology solutions that create clinical and economic value. Strong financial acumen, the ability to recognize and guide on evolving trends, and a focus on business development, sales, and product management are essential.
Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare technology, business administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience, including 7 years' in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in real-world evidence, healthcare technology, and data commercialization, with experience in customer engagement with both providers and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Superior communication skills, the ability to travel, and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams are also necessary.
