About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead its next phase of expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion, particularly in the North American region. This role demands a dynamic, growth-minded individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in services or technology sectors, and a strong background in call center, BPO, or financial services. The VP will be tasked with leading and inspiring high-performing teams, driving new business, owning the customer journey, and championing the brand through digital and thought leadership initiatives. Strategic leadership, exceptional negotiation skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.
Candidates for the VP position should have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in B2B sales, with a focus on outside sales, business development, and account management. The role requires expertise in proposal and RFP responses, target marketing campaigns, and a strong ability to manage, inspire, and scale diverse teams. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Zoho, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be adept at market analysis, competitive intelligence, and be comfortable with frequent travel in the U.S. and Mexico. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, with an MBA being a plus.
