About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Recruiting to take on a pivotal role in leading and aligning the revenue and delivery engine. This senior leadership position is focused on owning the strategy and execution across sales and recruiting, with a strong emphasis on driving top-line growth, gross profit, fill rates, and client retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing high-performing sales and recruiting teams, as well as building and executing an integrated go-to-market strategy. A key aspect of the role is to partner across functions, including marketing, ops, and tech, to support the company's growth and to cultivate executive-level client relationships, particularly in the enterprise sales space.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Recruiting role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the staffing industry, with a preference for those with a background in ETC, and at least 5 years in senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people and building strong cultures, a strategic thinker with a builder's mindset, and have a high EQ.
