About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the West Territory to join their mission of simplifying and dignifying the aging experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic growth and external-facing activities in the region, with a focus on identifying, recruiting, and enrolling long-term care providers into the CareScout Quality Network. This role requires exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, as well as experience in territory and account management. The Regional Vice President will be accountable for the success of the territory, meeting organizational goals, and leading a small team to drive growth and goal achievement. The position is sales-focused and involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution, including significant travel throughout the West territory.

Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree, a customer-first mindset, and at least 10 years of experience in sales or sales leadership, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or aging-related organizations. The role demands a high level of comfort with change, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of driving change while also being a team player. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in supporting the sale and distribution of future CareScout products, which may include financial and insurance solutions. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required.
