About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the establishment and leadership of a dedicated sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals and mission. This includes driving new partner acquisition, increasing enrollment, and expanding the company's reach and impact. The role involves defining sales targets, KPIs, and territory structures, as well as identifying new market opportunities and designing tailored go-to-market strategies. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with building a mission-aligned sales culture, ensuring high performance across the sales function, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and public affairs teams.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role. A proven track record in building and scaling high-performing sales teams in complex, consultative sales environments is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and operational skills, experience with CRM systems, and a background in designing sales strategies that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
