About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Services Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in professional services and/or enterprise software, particularly in the context of SaaS. This role is pivotal in driving the sales strategy and execution of a diverse range of service offerings to enterprise customers, with a focus on revenue growth and strategic transformation. The VP will be responsible for developing and owning the global services sales strategy, driving services bookings, and ensuring the alignment of services sales with the company's overall revenue, growth, and margin goals. Cross-functional collaboration is key, as the role involves working closely with delivery teams, product and engineering, account management, and finance to ensure the seamless delivery of services and the achievement of sales targets.
Key skills for this role include a Bachelor's degree, over 15 years of experience in the relevant fields, and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales and/or professional services teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise software implementations, the role of professional services in customer success, and experience in selling to large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. The role also requires a strong command of CRM tools, the ability to travel, and a focus on fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
