About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Sales for its Analytics practice. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and adoption of analytics solutions across the client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for a strategic hybrid of sales leadership, technical solutioning, and client advisory. This includes business development, leading client conversations to translate business needs into analytics use cases, and supporting the pipeline development and management. The role also involves solution design, technical leadership, and operating as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders in contact center, CX, and digital transformation.

Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in analytics, with a proven track record of supporting or leading complex sales cycles with large enterprise clients. A hands-on background in data engineering, data science, or analytics consulting is essential, as is a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and their analytics toolkits. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial acumen, technical credibility, and the ability to speak confidently about analytics tools and methods. A strong network, presence, and the willingness to be hands-on in a fast-moving, high-impact environment are also key attributes. A bonus would be an MBA or experience in marketing, strategy, or management consulting.
