Using an on-line chat feature, we aim not only to answer frequent questions they may have but also to be their trusted sales advisor and educate them on other services we offer. Provides an extraordinary guest experience whether the guest is shopping online, virtually, or instore using on-line chat feature. Answers guest inquiries and assists with navigating the shopping experience. Provides timely and accurate information to the guest. Researches, locates, and provides product solutions that aid the guest in making purchasing decisions Upsells products and services Offers and explains available payment options Assist in Share Cart making to aid the guest in purchasing. Supports the recovery of guest sales Meets or exceeds established and agreed upon sales goals Remains up to date on all the products and services that the company offers Interacts with team members and guests in a way that reflects our culture and core values.
