Overview Sales Executive – LoopNet Digital Advertising, Central Connecticut Territory. CoStar Group is a leading global provider of real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We empower customers with digital advertising solutions across LoopNet and related platforms.
As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company representing sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with owners and brokers to develop digital marketing strategies to showcase and differentiate their property portfolios online. Success comes from building long-lasting, service-focused client relationships and advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and return on investment using our analytic tools. You will leverage CoStar Group’s real estate knowledge to grow your client portfolio through prospecting, industry awareness, and product demonstrations.
We provide extensive classroom and field training to equip you with product and industry knowledge to build market credibility, proudly represent our brand, and achieve career success. You will also develop marketable skills in digital marketing and sales by working with internal experts in product marketing and product management.
Responsibilities Relationship Management – Build consultative relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within the territory.
Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve goals.
Field Engagement – Build strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel beyond the driving radius of the office location.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
A track record of commitment to prior employers.
Current and valid driver’s license.
Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start.
Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-centric environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills Success in building long-term relationships and partnerships with clients at senior/C-Suite levels.
Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company.
Self-starter who can work both within a team and independently.

This position offers an annual base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, based on relevant skills and experience, and includes a generous benefits plan.
