About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Enterprise Accounts with a focus on healthcare payer sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on generating net new opportunities. This role demands a top performer with a proven track record in selling six and seven-figure enterprise deals, particularly within the payer space. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales motions, and will have a deep understanding of healthcare metrics such as Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS, RAF, and adherence. Building and maintaining relationships with C-Suite and VP-Level buyers across various functional lines is essential, as is the ability to navigate matrixed organizations and engage senior decision-makers.
Applicants for the VP of Enterprise Accounts position at the company should possess 5-10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in healthcare, with a preference for those who have worked with health plans and digital health. The role requires a candidate with a strong command of the room, executive presence, and a disciplined approach to follow-through.
