OnGuard Pest Control is hiring Walking Pest Control Technicians to serve our residential and commercial customers across Brooklyn and Manhattan. You’ll walk assigned routes, protect homes and businesses, and deliver the five-star service OnGuard is known for.

What You’ll Do
Perform pest control services at homes, apartments, and small businesses on foot routes
Diagnose pest issues and recommend effective solutions
Communicate clearly with customers and document treatments using a mobile device
Follow state pesticide regulations and company safety standards
Work independently while representing OnGuard with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
Dependable, detail-oriented, and steady under pressure
Comfortable walking city routes and working outdoors in all weather
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Experience in pest control helpful, but not required — we’ll train you
7A certification preferred
Typical Schedule
Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime available during peak season (May–October)
