We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse & Sales Associate to handle warehouse operations while also assisting with sales initiatives and traveling to athlete signings. Order Fulfillment Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders according to company standards. Inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality and prevent damage. Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and documentation for outgoing orders. Inventory Management Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders. Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Assist with periodic audits and resolve discrepancies. Warehouse Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues promptly. Perform basic equipment upkeep as needed. Sales & Events Support Assist with in-house sales, promotions, and customer service needs. Travel to athlete signing events, conventions, and shows to help with setup, sales, and logistics. Represent Creative Sports in a professional manner while engaging with customers and athletes. Support marketing initiatives such as preparing products for display and helping with event coordination. Customer Service Support Assist with resolving shipping, order, or sales-related issues. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. QualificationsEducation & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse, shipping, or sales experience preferred but not required. Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift/move items up to 30 lbs and safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scissor lift). Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory or POS systems a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Customer service mindset with a willingness to learn sales techniques. Additional Requirements Flexibility to work various shifts and occasional overtime. Ability to travel to athlete signings, conventions, and other events (some overnight travel required). Familiarity with sports collectibles is a plus, but not required.
