Warehouse  Counter Sales Bilingual Position Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse  Counter Sales Bilingual  for a company based in  Fort Worth ,  Tx .  In this role, you will have the opportunity to   provide  professional and quality customer service to  ensure customer satisfaction. Pay Rate $2 0 .00  to $24.00  per hour  DOE Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday,  7  00 am to  4  00 pm. Warehouse Counter Sales Bilingual  Duties and Responsibilities •  Confidently assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise at the Profit Center. •  Accurately process and fill Sales Orders generated at the sales counter . •  Verify the Pick Ticket ship date  is the date the material is picked up by the customer, update accor dingly, and obtain customer signature before releasing material . •  Work with the PCM to establish revenue and margin targets . •  Communicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager and any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk. Warehouse Counter Sales Bilingual Qualifications and Requirements •  Demo n strate   outstand ing customer service, verbal co mmunication , and generous listening skills . •  Must be able to cross train •  Must have basic computer skills  as well as basic math skills. •  Must be able to operate warehouse material-handling equipment . •  Must be able to ask probing questions to understand customer needs, overcome objections by recommending profitable solutions , and ask for the order .
