Responsibilities Prospect and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to potential buyers, ensuring a positive and informative experience. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and relevant regulations to provide expert advice to clients. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings. Manage client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing ongoing support throughout the buying or selling process. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in the state of Georgia Proven track record of successful real estate sales Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of motivation and a strong desire to succeed Excellent customer service skills with a client-first mindset Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate technology tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Knowledge of the local real estate market in Woodstock and surrounding areas About-our-team About Todd Lemoine Team & Place
