Focus on creating fashionable looks that strengthen the customers bond with the NM brand, leveraging expertise in styling, designers, and trends. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere and enhance the business through exceptional customer service. What Youll Do Proactively greets and welcomes all clients throughout the store and department to initiate the experience and demonstrate willingness to assist. Engages customers while building authentic connections and offering personalized styling. Demonstrates selling and service behaviors that develop deep and lasting customer relationships. Demonstrates timely follow-up and follow-through on customer requests and commitments. Promotes store services and handles transactions smoothly. Assists customers across store areas, including the sales floor and fitting rooms. Educates self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services. Drives loyalty by using product knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge, curious about all categories in the store. Operates as One House by assisting in operational tasks: maintains selling floor, stocks, processes new receipts, cleans fitting rooms, and returns merchandise to other departments. Ensures audit compliance and Merchandise Protection Standards (will-call, hold policies, and credit compliance). Collaborates with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment. Fosters inclusivity and belonging among peers and clients by respecting and adapting to different styles and personalities. Maintains professionalism, adheres to work schedule, and personal presentation standards. What You Bring Styling experience in luxury fashion and/or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands with the ability to translate that knowledge into solving customer styling needs. Effective communicator with experience creating meaningful connections with customers that build brand loyalty. Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lb, with or without reasonable accommodation. Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred). Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system. Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions. Motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals. Role may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds.
