The goal of the Wellness (Sales) Consultant is to qualify new guests into the Hotze Health & Wellness Center via a comprehensive Wellness Consultation. This consultation captures the prospective guest's health goals, any symptoms they are experience and full medical history in addition, the Wellness (Sales) Consultant also sets all expectations for the prospective guest in terms of what to expect within the first year and beyond as a guest (patient) of our Center. This included the partnership between provider and guest (patient), the commitment required and the understanding of all costs (initial visit, membership requirement and ongoing costs). We are all about transparency as we are a cash-based alternative medical practice and we never want a guest to be surprised about the potential lifestyle changes, recommendations and fees. In addition to onboarding new guests (patients), The Wellness Consultant is responsible for cultivating prospective new guests via outbound calling and emailing from our marketing lead lists of prospective guests (patients). These leads come from all marketing efforts such as website form fill, social media ads, email form fills and inquiries, radio advertisement inquiries, newsletter and more. These leads also come from the Wellness Consultant "hunting" for prospective guests by their own resourcefulness (i.e., joining FB Communities interested in holistic and alternative medicine, sifting through our Wellness Center FB Comments and answering the comment with their individual Calendly Link for a complimentary wellness consultation and more. The Wellness Consultant is responsible for all administrative work within our Salesforce Platform, dispositioning every touch with a prospective guest (patient), from initial outreach to documenting any consultation to booking and sending all pre-initial visit questionnaire and required communications. The Wellness Consultant position is considered a sales position/function within our center. This position relies on the critical thinking skills and independent judgment of the Wellness (Sales) Consultant to qualify and disqualify prospects as candidates for all services within the Wellness Center based on their history, symptoms and needs and presenting – transparently and clearly – all costs and membership requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create relationships with prospective guests through individual consultations (Must be patient, empathetic and have the ability to provide hope to prospective guests (patients) who are experiencing moderate to severe symptoms)
Use critical thinking and professional judgment to determine whether a prospective guest has symptoms our team of expert medical providers can assist in resolving, as well as the proper outlook to become guests (there will be occasions where provider approval will be required before we can onboard a prospective guest (patient).
When qualified, fully onboard and schedule guests (patients), collect their required deposit and ensure they are sent all post scheduling communications including their intake questionnaire via our medical platforms.
Generate appropriate follow-up communication with prospective guests regarding becoming a new guest at Hotze Health & Wellness Center and answering all questions up to their completed initial visit with their provider.
Use Salesforce CRM Platform to manage the entire prospective / new guest relationship (Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, however, will train the right individual who can grasp CRM platforms quickly, must be willing and able to learn additional, essential guest onboarding platforms as well)
Attend events, symposiums or seminars to promote HHWC services (internal and external and both within and after hours as required - estimate no more than once per quarter for outside working hours)
Educate prospects to our other Braidwood Enterprise businesses (Physicians Preference Vitamins and Physicians Preference Pharmacy) and the associated, potential ongoing costs for supplements and compounded medications, as recommended by their providers.
While the majority of Wellness Consultations will be conducted over the phone, walk-in's do occur. This position is responsible for conducting face-to-face Wellness Consultations as needed and required.
Experience or Knowledge of alternative, natural, holistic, and/or integrative medicine is key, as well as the ability to learn and memorize our specific alternative medicine protocols.
This position is a continuous learning position and does require reading a book per month for continuous education in alternative and integrative medicine.

Garner sales expertise in any/all additional services offered at Braidwood Management (Hotze Health & Wellness Center, Physicians Preference Pharmacy and Physicians Preference Pharmacy) that can be sold through NG department (i.e., Prevention and Symptom Resolution Treatment Programs – including all Specialty Programs, Regenerative Joint Therapy, Nutrition Program, Vitamin and Mineral Supplementation, IV Options, Aesthetics, etc.)
Salesforce CRM Platform (Working Knowledge/Expertise preferred)
Knowledge of or adaptability to learn Sales and Medical Scheduling Platforms (i.e., Salesforce, ECW / Telephone Encounters, Klara, Transaction Central, etc.)
Role play consultations and Shadowing peer Wellness (Sales) Consultants
Uncovering and consulting prospects ("hunting"/prospecting is part of the position requirement in addition to answering incoming sales)
Generate sales through properly screened consultations and membership presentations
Meet/Exceed required quota of 30 > new guest seen and/or $100K in New Guest Sales Revenue per month
Ensure proper utilization of Treatment Programs (i.e., over 30 or under 30 years of age, Allergy and/or Specialty Programs)
Perform follow-up calls and conduct membership presentations
Prospect for 2+ hours every day Outbound calling (first and foremost)/ emailing leads and proper number of touches per lead (8 – 11 outreaches)
Social media/Web, Text and Email Platform canvassing for quality leads. Full responsibility for hitting all monthly targets.
This position is an "on-site" position not remote (WAH). The candidate must be willing to commute and report to Hotze Health & Wellness Center daily located at 20214 Braidwood Drive, Katy, Texas 77450. The hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon. There are occasions when there will be a need for flexibility if a consultation is in progress at the end of the day.
