Job Overview:
As a Mobile Expert, you'll be an essential part of our Retail Team, embodying the T-Mobile brand. You're a brand ambassador who generates enthusiasm around our products and services, thriving in a dynamic environment where technology, customer needs, and retail experiences continuously evolve. Your ability to connect with customers meaningfully and build lasting relationships will be unmatched in the wireless industry. You'll excel in identifying customer needs and have a passion for educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. Mobile Experts focus on doing things the right way, consistently meeting performance targets that encompass sales, customer experience, and quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, driving sales while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and fostering loyalty.
Utilize digital tools effectively in customer interactions and onboarding processes.
Engage in ongoing training regarding T-Mobile's store experience, skills development, and system knowledge.
Maximize productivity during shifts by seeking information and learning about the latest innovations in wireless technology.
Collaborate with T-Mobile team members across various channels including business and customer service.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Preferred Skills:
Customer Satisfaction: Be a passionate customer advocate, balancing customer experience with performance goals.
Team Building: Work collaboratively with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Retail Sales: Exhibit a competitive spirit and confidence in achieving success within a fast-paced sales environment.
Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation:
Hourly Base Pay: $19.00 with an annualized incentive target of $9,360. Employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
