Overview: DXC is looking for an Workday Sales Professional to join our growing Enterprise Transformation Platforms group, where innovation and collaboration drive success. As a manager of sales, you’ll play a key role in identifying and closing new business opportunities within target markets, driving growth through the direct sales of Workday Advisory, Implementation, and Managed Services. Sales Professionals drive the sales process and outcomes within an industry, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.
Location: Remote with travel to the client as needed. Willingness to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.

Responsibilities
Business development and lead generation
Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory
Lead complex selling efforts that identify, qualify, cultivate, and close new businesses
Create and help frame DXC’s differentiated value proposition and develop strategic win themes for proposals
Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipeline
Operate independently and/or within large teams to direct sales origination activities
Create strategic and tactical plans to grow a book of business and assist in closing opportunities
Educate clients on DXC’s Workday and broader Applications Services capabilities and success stories, and effectively communicate DXC’s value proposition to both partners and customers
Be responsible for developing relationships with net new customers with a focus on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions
Interact with Senior Management levels at clients and within DXC
Foster relationships with product and consultative partners as well as internal account teams
Achieve consistently growing sales goals and projections
Negotiate price, terms, and other deal conditions with clients; assist with resolving client satisfaction issues if they arise
Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in Workday, ideally more than $10M, including $6 million in new sales yearly
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (75%+ success rate)
Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Extensive experience in selling Workday solutions is required
Proven experience negotiating and closing Workday support contracts is a strong advantage
Proven experience selling other HCM solutions such as Cornerstone is another strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives
Excellent networking, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree a plus
Core management consulting skills include:
Executive & Digital Leadership Workshop facilitation. Client interviews/focus groups
Running end-to-end digital sales cycles (origination → solution → close)
Prior experience inside a complex matrixed organization model is a plus
Experience working with and jointly going to the market with strategic partners
Experience designing client business cases centered around Oracle Fusion
Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
