Summary: The Front Desk Sales Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for clients at the Medical Spa, responsible for creating a positive first impression. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. It requires a professional and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and efficient multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and registration. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Take before pictures of clients Provide information about services, products, and promotions offered at the Medical Spa. Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients by keeping the front desk area, waiting area, and coffee bar clean and stocked accordingly. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Manage appointment bookings and maintain the appointment calendar. Maintain and update client records in the system. Process payments. Address client concerns and ensure a positive experience. Seek Client feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments for improvement. Sign off on packages and put away received products. Break down boxes and remove all trash at the end of the day. Review reward points for patients scheduled the following business day and update notes to ease in the check-in/out process. Register customers for loyalty rewards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Three years of experience in customer service, reception, Health & Wellness, or beauty product sales a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer applications and scheduling software Motivated to be your best, and a team player Occasionally asked to work in Turlock and Stockton locations.
