Account Director - Global Luxury Sales-Business Travel & Entertainment (Caesars Palace LV)

The Account Director – Global Luxury Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand positioning across key segments: luxury leisure travel , corporate/business travel , consortias, direct, and entertainment travel . This role will lead strategic account development, cultivate high-value partnerships, and deliver exceptional service experiences for discerning global travelers, corporate clients, and entertainment industry professionals. Each Account Director will manage a portfolio of accounts and collaborate to ensure full market coverage, with potential specialization by geography, client type, or travel segment. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental, property, and corporate policies, practices, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Management Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across luxury, business, and entertainment travel segments. Manage relationships with luxury travel advisors, corporate travel managers, entertainment agencies, and production companies. Lead RFP responses, contract negotiations, and account planning to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for non-gaming hotel revenue. Client Experience & Engagement Serve as a brand ambassador for Caesars Palace, delivering personalized service and curated experiences for VIP guests and clients. Coordinate pre-arrival, arrival, and departure touchpoints to ensure seamless guest journeys. Create and manage guest profiles, leveraging CRM tools to enhance personalization and loyalty. Strategic Partnerships & Market Development Build partnerships with luxury brands, entertainment networks, and corporate travel consortia. Represent Caesars Palace at trade shows, client events, and industry forums. Identify emerging trends and opportunities to position the property as a premier destination for high-value travelers. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with the second Account Director to ensure strategic alignment and avoid overlap. Partner with internal teams including hotel operations, casino marketing, food & beverage, and guest services to deliver on client expectations. Provide insights and reporting to leadership on account performance, market trends, and guest feedback. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, corporate travel, or entertainment travel. Proven success in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Preferred: Existing network within luxury travel, entertainment, or corporate travel sectors. Experience with CRM platforms (. Salesforce, Opera, Seven Rooms). Familiarity with Las Vegas entertainment, dining, and nightlife landscape. Experience with high-touch guest service and VIP client management. Critical Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
