First-year earning potential ranges from
$48,000 - $80,000 , including commissions based on experience and sales skills.
Base salary between
$30,000 - $36,000 .
No commission cap, giving you unlimited earning potential as you build your client base.
Monthly allowances for auto and cell phone expenses related to work.

Education and Experience Required:
Valid driver’s license is required.
College degree is preferred.
Previous experience in outdoor advertising sales is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
A Typical Day for You:
On a typical day, you will:
Meet and exceed sales goals while monitoring your sales data and reports.
Target and visit businesses in your assigned area, building relationships with existing and potential clients.
Stay informed about local and national competition.
Cluster accounts for efficiency and identify new growth opportunities.
Utilize Lamar's tools to prospect leads, prepare proposals, and conduct research.
Enhance your presentation skills and regularly present to clients.
Engage in administrative tasks, including sales planning and order follow-up.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Your work will be a blend of office activities and fieldwork, including sales calls and account servicing.
Physical demands include light lifting, sitting for prolonged periods, and occasional standing or walking.
Travel from home for work will be minimal, under 10%.
