Account Executive

Who We Are Adsposure , a subsidiary of EST03 Inc., helps businesses increase visibility with advertising on transit media, including buses, bus shelters, and bus benches. Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission + Bonus | First-year OTE: $95K–$120K, based on sales performance Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, vision, and financial security plans 401(k) with Company Match – Plan for your future Dynamic Work Environment – Be part of an innovative, high-energy team What You’ll Do Identify, engage and close new business with transit advertising solutions Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth Deliver compelling sales presentations that align with client needs Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through strategic outreach Stay informed on industry trends to provide innovative advertising solutions Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales cycle Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution Travel as needed to engage with clients What We’re Looking For 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in transit advertising, out-of-home (OOH), or media advertising sales Hunter mentality – fearless in cold outreach and closing deals Resilient & self-motivated – thrives on overcoming challenges and achieving goals Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Salesforce) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Ready to grow your career and earnings?
