Responsibilities
Drive new business and revenue growth by selling Radar to a variety of businesses
Lead complex new and expansion deals related to Stripe’s Radar product offerings, capabilities, and tailored solutions
Deeply understand the sales process and competitive offerings in fraud fighting, with emphasis on winning deals
Synthesize and relay customer feedback to inform Stripe’s product roadmap
Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Account teams to amplify growth trajectory globally
What you’ll need
10+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company and a track record of top performance in enterprise or strategic accounts
Deep passion for fraud prevention with strong expertise
Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results
Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience specifically selling fraud solutions for payments to enterprise customers
In-office expectations Office assignments may require spending a portion of time in the local office or with users. Specific expectations vary by role and location.
Pay and benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $310,100 - $465,100. For sales roles, the range includes base salary and on-target earnings (OTE). This range may be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications and location. Applicants outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions, 401(k), medical/dental/vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
