The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys the local business landscape, and wants to make a real impact through media sales. ️ What You’ll Do Develop and manage a portfolio of local business clients
Prospect and cold-call to generate new leads
Understand clients’ goals and create tailored advertising solutions
Pitch and sell advertising packages across our radio stations
Collaborate with programming and production to execute campaigns
Ensure excellent customer service and repeat business
Stay organized using digital tools to track activity and progress
Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and market shifts
✅ What We’re Looking For Sales, marketing, or advertising experience is a plus (but not required)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude and drive to exceed goals
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Knowledge of the North Central West Virginia market is a bonus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
High school diploma or equivalent required
