Lighthouse Lab Services is representing a clinical laboratory client seeking an Account Executive to expand toxicology and molecular testing services across North Carolina.

Role Overview:

• Drive new sales growth while managing and expanding existing accounts.

• Target markets include substance abuse centers, pain management, addiction treatment, and other physician practices.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop territory sales strategy.

• Prospect, cold call, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Track pipeline and activity using HubSpot.

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years' experience in toxicology or molecular lab sales required.

• Established relationships with providers in pain management, addiction treatment, or related specialties preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field.

• Strong self-starter with proven success meeting sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $50K–$80K plus uncapped bonus structure

• Comprehensive benefits package

• Remote with regular client travel
