The role supports Mid-Market (Inside Sales, Regional Enterprise) and Indirect teams by identifying and developing new sales and migration opportunities across UCC platforms like Lumen Cloud Communications, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and SIP Connectivity. This role must be the subject matter expert and provides tailored product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and builds long-term relationships to maximize revenue within these segments. The individual will work closely with Pacific Time and Mountain Time Regional Enterprise teams and our national inside sales teams to introduce company offerings to both new and existing customers. The UCC Sales Specialist is responsible for implementing strategic and tactical sales account plans, maintaining accurate revenue forecasts, managing quota funnels, and is directly accountable for achieving an individual sales quota. A key expectation is the ability to close deals across all stages of the sales cycle, with an average of 20 deals per month. In addition to independently prospecting, developing, and closing sales, the role also functions as an overlayproviding product enablement and partnering on account targeting and selling. Strong communication, solution design, and cross-functional coordination skills are essential to ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-aligned UCC solutions are delivered efficiently across supported sales channels. The main responsibilities include: Independently identifies, develops, negotiates, and closes new sales and migration opportunities across UC&C Platforms, in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas. Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue. Develops action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company. Provides accurate weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements. Demonstrates knowledge of the company's entire product suite. May have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products and/or services. Implement strategic and tactical account plans. Function as an Sales Overlaydelivering product enablement, supporting account targeting, and partnering with sales teams to accelerate pipeline conversion. What we look for in a candidate: 1 - 3 years of industry experience working for a region/global telecom provider/IT or cloud service provider. Experience with Salesforce.com preferred. Experience in solution selling UC&C, VoIP, SIP, Voice, and Video Services. Experience in strategic, technical, and business communications application sales. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in selling to the close. Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional. Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Compensation: This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $57,477 - $76,629 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $60,354 - $80,462 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $63,221 - $84,294 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
