Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Management Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple industries. Build strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing methods. Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience for candidates. Maintain compliance with all employment laws and company policies. Serve as a career coach and trusted advisor to associates. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to grow partnerships. Develop customized workforce solutions to meet client needs.

Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or account management.

Strong business development and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
