Summary :
Account Manager (Sales)
Seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth through account management, new business development, and project coordination. This role manages a diverse client portfolio—including builders, general contractors, and end users—while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving branch margin goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
Prospect and secure new accounts quarterly; deliver bids, proposals, and sales presentations
Support margin growth through pricing actions and product expansion
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution and timely installations
Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records, contracts, and forecasts
Resolve issues quickly and proactively improve customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
1–5 years’ sales, account management, or industry related experience with proven results
Flooring, tile, cabinetry, or countertop industry knowledge a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
Ability to read builder blueprints beneficial
Willingness to travel locally/regionally (greater Puget sound area)
Salary range $26.00-$28.00 + commission
Reimbursement (mileage & business related expenses)
