Assigned, established sales territory Account & Sales Manager  Requirements and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales
Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team (5+ employees)
Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses
Strong tenure
Hunter, go-getter who is comfortable making cold calls
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions Must-haves: Strong background in traditional media sales (print, radio) and familiarity with new media channels.
Team leadership experience
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, both individually and through team leadership.
Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory
Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs
Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value
Identify and act on new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts
Candidates must be familiar with Tempe and able to commute daily. This is NOT a remote position. #post
