Youll be at the forefront of transforming how businesses hireidentifying opportunities, showing the power of AI-driven hiring technology, and closing deals that deliver real business impact. This is a commission-based, fully remote role perfect for someone who thrives on results, flexibility, and building lasting client relationships. What Youll Do Hunt & Acquire Clients Identify and connect with businesses ready to modernize their hiring using AI recruitment solutions. Showcase the Tech Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and ROI conversations that make the value of our platform crystal clear. Own the Sales Cycle From lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closureincluding renewals and upsells. Build Partnerships Maintain strong, trust-based relationships that drive client satisfaction and long-term growth. Collaborate Internally Work with our delivery and tech teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly. Track Success Monitor and report on sales performance against KPIs, including revenue and conversion metrics. What You Bring Proven B2B Sales Success Especially in SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment technology. Industry Know-How Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment workflows, AI screening tools, and modern HR tech stacks. Persuasive Communication Ability to present complex solutions with clarity and confidence, both written and verbal. Negotiation Power Skilled in structuring deals, handling objections, and closing subscription or customization contracts. Data-Driven Mindset Comfortable analyzing sales metrics and adjusting strategies for results. Tech-Savvy Understanding of AI concepts like machine learning and NLP (natural language processing).
