The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for fielding client inquiries, conducting quality control checks with clients and within the CRM, assisting the Vice President of Sales and Regional Sales Managers, and assigning sales leads to members of the Sales Team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations and guaranteeing exceptional customer service.

- Starting Compensation between $50,000 and $57,000, annually!

Schedule:
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Weekends as required
Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and additional communication channels, as necessary
- Coordinate logistics, schedule appointments, manage communications between team members, and Assign leads to Sales team members as directed by the Vice President of Sales
- Facilitate the flow of information between project consultants, clients, and project managers and provide accurate information about products and services
- Ensure prompt and professional follow-up to client questions and concerns
- Conduct regular quality control checks with clients to ensure satisfaction and address client questions and concerns
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current client information; Monitor and verify the accuracy of sales data and client records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; Generate and distribute regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and lead statuses

- Attentive accounting of all non-chargeable extras, and report them to the Vice President of Sales and/or the Department of Finance for review
- Additional duties and projects as assigned by the Vice President of Sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, preferred
- Workforce experience in a sales operation, sales support, or organizational administrative roles, preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google is required
- Strong organizational skills, written and interpersonal communication skills, and attention to details
- Ability to multitask and prioritize task completion in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with data interpretation and the ability to provide actionable reviews and follow-up is required
- Professional attitude and appearance are required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required
- Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, and assigned responsibilities including safe operation across settings
