Administrative Assistant – Sales and Marketing

Summary

The Administrative Assistant supports a sales team of six who will sell exhibit space, sponsorship, and marketing/branding opportunities at trade shows, conferences, conventions, and other large meetings and events. This individual works closely with the marketing team to produce marketing collateral, manage event microsites, initiate email marketing campaigns, and administer our Salesforce database.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Salesforce administration to include data entry, reporting, and record maintenance. Set-up and initiation of email marketing campaigns. Assistance with the creation of marketing collateral. Creation of Salesforce dashboards and reports as needed. Logistical and administrative support for sales office operations at events. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative experience preferred. Experience with Salesforce administration, data entry, and reporting (required). Experience with Pardot, Hubspot, or other inbound marketing systems preferred. Social medial advertising experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience with trade shows, conferences, or event operations is a plus.

Travel Required: 10% if needed.

Compensation details: 50000-55000 Yearly Salary
