Job Summary/Description:
WABI has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative/Sales Assistant. This position will assist with all sales data entry (broadcast and digital), paperwork processing, order entry, and traffic continuity associated with Local and National accounts. This position also assists the Office Manager with various tasks. Prior media experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate. Candidate must have a proven track record of multitasking in a high-paced work environment.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting the WABI Sales Team and Office Manager with data entry and paperwork processing for all products of WABI, including broadcast sales, co-op processing, and digital platform sales. - Assist the Traffic department with continuity and meeting all daily deadlines. - Assist other Department Heads as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Some media and digital knowledge preferred, but not required.
