Join a tight-knit team providing national administrative and customer support to a busy sales organization. You’ll keep information organized, move paperwork forward, update CRM records, and communicate with customers and internal teams so deals and renewals run smoothly. What you’ll do Coordinate quotes, order paperwork, and account updates Make professional outbound follow-ups to customers/prospects (status checks, scheduling, renewals—not high-pressure sales) Keep CRM/systems accurate ( HubSpot, CPQ, Oracle ) and maintain trackers/reports Partner with AR and sales leadership on account changes (transfers, seat adds/reductions, cancellations) Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for team meetings/trainings Liaise across departments to ensure clear, timely communication What you’ll bring Experience in administrative support, customer care, or sales coordination Strong writing, phone etiquette, and follow-through Proficiency with Microsoft Office (and/or Google Workspace); CRM experience a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred ; automotive/dealership exposure a plus Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling priorities EEOC Statement Top Tier Resources is a women-owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
